- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheeses until well blended.
- Add the diced green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or include some diced hot peppers.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator; just bake it when you’re ready to serve.
