Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last two minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic butter mixture for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
