- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the garlic oil mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken breasts on the griddle and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of cooking, add lemon slices to the griddle to caramelize.
- Remove the chicken from the griddle and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the caramelized lemon slices.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic oil mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
- This recipe can also be made using chicken thighs for a juicier result.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
