Instructions

- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving dish.
- Top with pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
- Serve with crackers, pita, or fresh vegetables.
