- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Slices of lemon and mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the sugar to the peach-lemon juice and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour in the cold water and mix well. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Serve the peach lemonade over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint if desired.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, substitute half of the water with sparkling water.
- Add a splash of vodka for an adult twist.
- Use honey instead of sugar for a healthier alternative.
