- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bottle of Prosecco or sparkling wine (750ml)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp, if desired.
- Fill a champagne flute or glass halfway with the peach puree.
- Slowly top off the glass with Prosecco, pouring gently to avoid too much foam.
- Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Chill the Prosecco beforehand for the best experience.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
