  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free, optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
