Instructions

  1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Take a skewer and thread a cherry tomato onto it, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
  4. Repeat the process until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the end for handling.
  5. Drizzle the assembled skewers with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
