- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (4-6 inch long)
Instructions
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water.
- Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Take a skewer and thread a cherry tomato onto it, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
- Repeat the process until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the end for handling.
- Drizzle the assembled skewers with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the mozzarella balls in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for a few hours before assembling.
- You can substitute cherry tomatoes with grape tomatoes if preferred.
- These skewers can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
