- 4 mini bagels, sliced in half
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the halved mini bagels on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Lightly toast the bagels in the oven for about 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- While the bagels are toasting, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the avocados. Mash until creamy and well combined.
- Once the bagels are toasted, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
- Spoon the avocado mixture generously onto each toasted bagel half.
- If desired, top each bagel bite with halved cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves for added flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your mini avocado toast bagel bites!
