Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and set aside on a baking sheet.
  4. In a shallow dish, place the flour. In another dish, whisk the eggs. In a third dish, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each mac and cheese ball first in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry the mac and cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
