Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 pound deli ham, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mix of red, yellow, and green)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 12 slider rolls
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, sautéed peppers, pepperoni, ham, mozzarella, provolone, and Italian dressing. Mix well to combine.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the meat and cheese mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top with the other half of the rolls.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the filling.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Feel free to substitute the meats with your favorite deli meats or use turkey for a lighter option.
