  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1/2 pound pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 pound deli ham, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mix of red, yellow, and green)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, sautéed peppers, pepperoni, ham, mozzarella, provolone, and Italian dressing. Mix well to combine.
  5. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Evenly distribute the meat and cheese mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  7. Top with the other half of the rolls.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the filling.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
  • Feel free to substitute the meats with your favorite deli meats or use turkey for a lighter option.
