Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh peach slices and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the peach preserves, honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- For an extra glaze, remove the wings from the oven, brush on more sauce, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices and parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of hot sauce.
- These wings can also be cooked on a grill for a smoky flavor.
