Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
