- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well mixed and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the chopped green onions just before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Chicken Lo Mein!

- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu or additional vegetables.
