- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker along with the diced potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and undrained diced tomatoes, followed by the Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the frozen peas.
- Once cooked, stir well and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious hamburger hash!
