  • 3 medium potatoes, diced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker along with the diced potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and undrained diced tomatoes, followed by the Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the frozen peas.
