Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini and squash to the skillet, stirring to coat in the garlic butter.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
