- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine beef stew meat, ranch dressing mix, and brown gravy mix. Toss until the meat is well coated.
- Place the coated beef in the crockpot, adding the chopped onions, sliced carrots, and mushrooms on top.
- Pour the beef broth over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Once the beef is done, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve over the cooked egg noodles.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

- You can substitute beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Add frozen peas or corn for extra veggies.
