Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes while cooking the shrimp.
- This dish pairs well with pasta or rice to soak up the creamy sauce.
