- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully combined.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cream mixture and strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy your Strawberry Heaven Delight!

- For a twist, add a layer of sliced bananas or blueberries.
- Use dairy-free cream cheese and whipped cream for a vegan version.
