Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully combined.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream mixture.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream mixture and strawberries.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
