Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, water, salt, and black pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumber and onion slices.
- Add the chopped dill and toss everything together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the salad a good toss again and adjust seasoning if necessary.
