- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Top the chicken mixture with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add avocado or jalapeños to the filling.
- Try using whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger gathering.
