- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced yellow squash, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the squash and toss again.
- Place the squash in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the squash for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once the squash is golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
