Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry dill
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Press the beef mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan to form an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While the beef is baking, prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, sugar, and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the oven and drain any excess grease.
- Layer the American cheese slices over the beef while it’s still hot, allowing them to melt slightly.
- Slice the slider buns in half. Place the bottom halves in the baking pan over the melted cheese.
- Spread the special sauce over the beef and cheese layer, then add shredded lettuce and pickles.
- Top with the slider bun tops and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
