  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the beef mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan to form an even layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. While the beef is baking, prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, sugar, and dill in a small bowl. Set aside.
  6. Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the oven and drain any excess grease.
  7. Layer the American cheese slices over the beef while it’s still hot, allowing them to melt slightly.
  8. Slice the slider buns in half. Place the bottom halves in the baking pan over the melted cheese.
  9. Spread the special sauce over the beef and cheese layer, then add shredded lettuce and pickles.
  10. Top with the slider bun tops and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the buns are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
