- 4 chicken sausages
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the zucchinis are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken sausages on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- Add the zucchinis to the grill for the last 5-7 minutes of cooking, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the sausages and zucchinis from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Slice the sausages and serve alongside the grilled zucchinis, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the sausages for a few hours before grilling.
- You can substitute zucchini with bell peppers or asparagus for variety.
- Serve with a side of quinoa or a green salad for a complete meal.
