Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side, until pliable.
- Place a generous portion of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a burrito.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the burritos in the skillet and cover for a minute to allow the cheese to melt.
- Once melted, remove from the skillet and slice in half. Serve with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, use less buffalo sauce or a mild variety.
- These burritos can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Feel free to add additional toppings like lettuce or diced tomatoes before rolling the burritos.
