  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit disk.
  7. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  8. Place the biscuit bombs seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese such as mozzarella or pepper jack.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
