Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit disk.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
- Place the biscuit bombs seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese such as mozzarella or pepper jack.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
