Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Using your hands, form small bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- You can substitute the cheddar cheese with mozzarella for a different flavor.
- These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking for a quick snack later.
