  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown the cube steak on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Remove the steak from the skillet and place it in the crock pot.
  3. Add the beef broth, onion soup mix, sliced mushrooms, onions, carrots, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the crock pot.
